This petite mothers ring has 2 genuine accent diamonds. There is one on each side. This ring can have 2 to 6 genuine or synthetic birthstones. The Birthstone sizes are 2.5mm round synthetic or genuine birthstones. This ring measures approximately 7.25 millimeters at the top center. This mothers ring is done in 10kt gold or 14kt gold. If you have 1 child, we suggest that you put yourself and your wife's birthstone in and that will make your ring a family ring. If you have 2 children, you can add your wife's birthstone and that would make it a mothers ring. It also can just contain only the children. The image doesn't show the side diamonds but does show the birthstone positions.
