This ring contains oval birthstones that are 5 x 3mm. Their are two small diamonds set in the mounting. If you have 1 child, we suggest that you put yourself and your wife's birthstone in and that will make this ring a family ring. If you have 2 children, you can add your wife's birthstone and that would make it a mothers ring. It also can just contain only the children. This designer ring is beautiful.
