This Mothers Ring has Marquise Genuine Birthstones that measure approximately 5 x 2.5 millimeters. This mother ring measures approximately 1/4 inches at the widest part. This ring always uses 5 Genuine Birthstones and some small Genuine Accent Diamonds. Elegant and regal, this blend of diamond and multicolored jewels on a bed of gold can be enhanced and altered to become the perfect gift for that special person.
