The birthstone sizes are approximate 3 millimeter heart shaped stones. This ring is set with four synthetic birthstones . The side of ring has a cutout that says "WE LOVE MOM". This ring measures approximately 1/4 inches at the widest part. This ring can be engraved with four names with a maximum of 8 letters or numbers or spaces.
