This ring has a "Twin Heart" design with 2 genuine small diamonds. This ring can have 2 to 6 birthstones that measure approximately 2.5 millimeters each. This mothers ring is done in Sterling Silver or 10kt gold or 14kt gold. If you have 1 child, we suggest that you put yourself and your wife's birthstone in and that will make your ring a family ring. If you have 2 children, you can add your wife's birthstone and that would make it a mothers ring. It also can just contain only the children.
