This is like a mother ring. You order this family pendant with the synthetic birthstones or genuine birthstones of children or grandchildren or even a family. This charm come in yellow or white gold. It can have from 2 to 6 synthetic or genuine birthstones. The stone sizes are 2.5mm round synthetic birthstones. This pendant measures approximately 3/4 inches tall. Notice that the charm has a heart design when there is less the 6 stones. The chain is sold separately. The scale is in inches. The chain that can be ordered is not a thin light weight chain. It is a very substantial chain.
