This is like a mother ring. You can order this with the birthstones of children or grandchildren or even a family. This charm come in yellow or white gold. It can have from 2 to 6 synthetic stones. The stone sizes are 3.0mm round synthetic birthstones. This pendant measures approximately 1 1/4 inches tall. This pendant accepts 2-6 stones.The chain is sold separately. The scale is in inches. The orderable chain is not a thin light weight chain. It is a very substantial chain.
